Naftali Touvia Besanson was born in France in 1980. In 1994 his family made Aliya and moved to Jerusalem. Tuvia’s artistic talents are no surprise as his father, Israel Itzhak Besanson, is a renowned and accomplished artist as well as a Judaic and Hasidic Scholar. His father had tremendous influence on Touvia. His style varies and his capabilities span a broad range. He uses string deep colors as well as various mediums within his paintings to give them a unique feeling and appearance. Since 2006 his works have sold at auction and in recent years have realized prices above $11,000(USD).
